Julie has been helping clients and their families plan for retirement for over 30 years. She and her father, Rex Athan, founded BrioWealth as an independent financial planning firm focusing on the needs of hospital employees. Over time, she has been privileged to continue working with employees of hospitals and their families while also working with people from a variety of employment backgrounds.
Julie is passionate about helping people reach their financial goals and is dedicated to serving them with empathy, integrity, and professionalism. She feels privileged to work with clients who trust her with this very important area of their lives.
In her role as Director of Business Development, Julie focuses on projects with our larger hospital and employer plans. She also works to develop multigenerational planning relationships with clients and their families, and she will be overseeing our new BrioWealth gives back program.
Julie and her husband Rich enjoy many interests including traveling, music, kayaking, learning Spanish, and volunteering with programs involved in children’s literacy and education. They also love spending time with family and friends.
